first off, i also now have a non-organic design (which aligns much better with official media i guess) that exists in a separate world where nextgen's main purpose is just to fight aliens and have epic sci-fi fights.

third, now we can get into the actual meat and bones of the blog. (get it. we're talking about the organic design. i'm so smart!)
we'll start the third section off with changes to the very roots of the plot. ehem, may i introduce, Vigilant Artificial Guardian Assembled for Basic Observation and Nocturnal Destruction (project), aka what V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D.'s name stands for. pretty cool, right? i was looking at discogs at school and was like "wow i can turn this into lore!!!!!!!!!!!" at the same, this fucks with my pre-existing lore for the "daywalkers", particularly when they're active. anyways vagabond project woowwwwwwwwwwww yesssssss
a while back i watched a video on the halo lore since i haven't had much contact with it since i was young. hearing about the spartan project, i thought, "wow, it's a little similar to the original concept i had for my ngr canon"
i still think they go through training for their first 16 years, then have limb parts replaced with biotechnic parts to enhance their strength. the reason i say parts of limbs is because forarms get replaced. elbow down, skin is replaced with strong material that can still do a good job of gripping tools the same way skin or skin with fur does. leads me to the question, IS NEXTGEN'S SPECIES COVERED IN SKIN OR FUR? they ARE COVERED IN SKIN
continuing the conversation after the intentionally placed incomplete sentence for comedic affect, bones are replaced with metal robot shit. muscles are replaced with shit that looks like the sister location endoskeletons. only the feet are usually replaced with the weird circle triangle shit, but occasionally the lower leg or whole legs (and arms) are replaced. example: black mamba (th login required) had their whole arms and legs replaced because their abilities in combat were supurb.
